Hey everyone! I hope all of you are spending a wonderful holiday.
Today the scale blessed me with an 80Kg on the dot. I lost 20Kg since September and I am planning lose another 20Kg.
Been doing fasting and super low calorie intake mixed with exercising and it really is showing some noticeable progress. Fasting usually between 24 ~ 72hrs long, with super low calorie intake days being around 500 ~700cal. I did slack off in October where I only maintained my weight but besides that I have been very happy with my progress.
What are your methods? Are you guys opting for a slow loss? Or a fast one?
