Im posting this here because I am trying to lose weight and I feel like this is mostly my problem right now. So I've been working on my binge eating for some months now. It has gotten way better, but my main problem is weekends. I do eat some junk during the week, not much! It's just during the weekend I still have that mentality of I have to get my junk fix. I mostly crave simple carbs and sugar. So the junk I usually eat on weekends is flaming hot cheetos puffs and some energy drinks/ soda. Usually a small convenience store bag now and like an energy drink Saturday and Sunday with soda, I don't really keep track. I do drink water, I try to keep my hand and mind entertained. Any apps or advice that'll help would be greatly appreciated.
