I’m 5’3 and 70kg. I’ve been steadily gaining weight since I finished high school and I’ve reached a point where I’m pretty unhappy with the way I look. I feel sloppy and unattractive no matter what I do. So, I want to change, but I’m so bad at committing to things. Looking for some tips! My goal weight is 60kg
My current situation: - I joined a football team about a month ago, we train two days a week. it clashes with my work so I’m only there for an hour each training.

I eat pretty badly. most of my meals are good (very carb heavy though) and I eat lots of fruit, but I cannot stop snacking. I snack between every meal, usually a piece of fruit and something like yoghurt. I have chocolate every night before bed.

I’m type one diabetic, so I drink lots of juice boxes to treat low blood sugars. I can drink anything from one in three days to three a day.
