Anyone here got a gastric sleeve surgery when they only needed to lose around 50 lbs/ 23 kg? Did you experience loose skin? (Ladies specially)

27 female, 79 kg and 156 cm. I’m considering gastric sleeve surgery, I know 20ish kgs dosent seem like a lot of weight to lose compared to some people here but I think I simply don’t have it in me to do the natural way. I’ve been trying to diet for two years. I tried every diet and it didn’t work. I just have a huge appetite. I even tried Saxenda injection and while it worked for couple of weeks it then suddenly stopped working. Discipline, I know. But I literally feel like I can’t function if I didn’t eat when I’m craving food. It feels like a huge physical/mental itch. I need to lose the weight ASAP because it’s affecting too many things in my life at this point.

I know everyone’s body and skin is different but I heard sleeve surgery causes loose skin and makes your body saggy somehow. How was your experience with loose skin after gastric sleeve surgery?

Also I don’t want to be under 55 kg. I actually want to be around 58 kg. Because I will have a BBL, which basically is liposuction of fat from stomach and upper arms and injecting it into the buttocks. I have big arms and a bit of tummy even after I loose weight, and I basically have no butt lol. And I’ve always wanted one. Would it be hard to stay around 58kg? Did you find it hard to not be under weight?

Thanks so much in advance. :)
