So I lost about 40 kilo, in the last year.
I have lose skin, both on the front side, and at the back. Not a lot, but enough to look bad.
I have tried different stuff, like vitamins and creams...
Right now I try to sweat it off...(Bike, bodybuilding, and sauna.)
The only semi solution, I have found is, Skin scraping and 'Aloe Vera' lotion.
I use a kitchen sponge. Hard side to scrape of skin, and soft side to rub lotion into my skin.
(It might be placebo effect, but it seems to tighten my skin.)
