I’m a 20 year old female and I’ve been working out for 5 years now. I am 62,8kgs and 165cm tall. My goal is to compete in bikini wellness but obviously I have to lose fat. I had 3 coaches during the period of 3 years. The first one made me go from 62 to 51kgs, then I wanted to bulk because I always liked the wellness look better. I changed my coach and I started with a brazilian expert in women, but I discovered I have hypothyroidism and I think that was what made me gain a lot of fat while bulking, so I was weighing 64kg. I asked him for a diet to cut and my theory is that he put me in such a drastic deficit that my body started to store energy and fat. I changed the coach again to the old one but again, he cut so much calories I was even gaining weight from this fat storage period they put me in. Now I started for two months with another one so that I could see what I should eat. He put me in a carb cycle and I started losing some weight but I couldn’t have any cheat meal for 2 months and I only lost 2 kgs more or less. Now that I cannot pay such an expensive coach I would like to have some references to what should I eat and what amount to lose fat, so I don’t gain again what I suffered to lose. I want to highlight that the hypothyroidism is controlled and the values are already like a normal person’s. I workout 5/6 days a week, all of them including 30 min of cardio. The split is: legs (quads and glutes), biceps and shoulders, legs (glutes), triceps and back, legs (hamstrings and quads). If I workout 6 days a week I train small groups on Saturday.
