Hey all, I've been on a journey for a while and so far lost 9lb (was 13lb but thanks to depression and laziness I gave up briefly). Im mainly posting to ask how to stay motivated and what to to when you reach that "I just wanna give up" point. Like how do I keep pushing? How can I avoid falling back into bad habits? I love coming here and seeing everyone doing amazing and that's helping, but I am struggling sometimes making the right choices. Also thinking of incorporating more excerise into my life as well as I don't think that's helping if I'm honest. P.s I'm 25 and have had an unhealthy lifestyle for all of those 25 years minus the last 4 months thanks to a range of issues personal and family related. Any links would be appreciated too.
