So my routine for progress pictures is that I take a set of them every 4 weeks which is what I've been doing since January. I essentially wear shorts and a short sleeve shirt and have 4 pictures taken of me from each side. I currently have 11 sets of these.
When I started taking the progress pictures I took them every 4 weeks to allow enough time to have passed so that there was a noticeable change. At least that was the plan...
The physical changes for the first 80 lbs haven't been massive so I'm thinking/hoping the next 40 lbs will be much more noticeable but that makes me worry that every 4 weeks will be too long between pictures. Should I switch to every 2 weeks or maybe ever week?
