Advice on not binging/ avoiding junk food?

Hi everyone,

I'm really struggling right now. I've always been uncomfortable with my weight and wanting to lose, but the past few months I've gained an absurd amount of weight (currently around 230 lbs, used to be around 180) and I am super unhappy with how I look and how I feel currently.

The foods that I eat for meals are good and not a problem, I don't eat fast food or drink soda. My biggest nemesis is eating a ton of junk food and dessert. I am in college currently in a really stressful major, so at the end of a rough day I like to think of dessert as a reward, and I really need help getting out of this mindset! If anyone has any advice I'd really appreciate it, thank you so much!
