Exercise didnt go as well as i'd hoped. I am definetly in worse shape than i thought. Decided to do a tae bo beginners basics video on youtube that just a year ago seemed beneath me fitness wise. the video started and i began by talking shit about billys tight ass leotard with his pecs sticking out the top. well he must have heard me talking shit because this workout kicked my ass. I was doing ok at first but around minute 12 of the 22 minute video i was breathing really heavy and only able to do one kick to billys 3. I've learned to respect the leotard and will be calling him Mr. Blanks from now on lmao.
