Hey there! First of all, thanks for taking a look at my post. Anyways, some background information, Im a Male, 15, 5’6, 140 pounds (at my highest in fluctuation). I used to be 165 and have been dieting for the last 3-4 months. I want to be lean (mainly interested in abs and building my arms a bit more as I wouldn’t like them to get so skinny when I lose a bit more fat). I want to be realistic on the goal of abs, so I think the best goal date I can put for that would be when I turn 17 next year on december, would love to get them sooner though of course. Anyways, I wanted to get your guys input on this and what would be good ways for me to achieve this goal. If you guys have similar stats to me and achieved something similar please post your experience (I might have a few questions haha). Anyways, thanks for reading :).
