Help Me

Been playing football my whole life so ive had to be bulked up but since that part of my life is over im trying to get a more lean body mass. I dont struggle eating good once i get a week or two into a sustainable plan but my problem now is im trying to build muscle while also losing fat. I hate running so my main source of cardio comes in just backyard games of basketball,and lacrosse(more than 3x a week and usually ends covered in sweat and blood). Through summer i lost about 35 pounds but unfortunately i think it was mostly muscle mass as i was eating under 1250 calories a day and sometimes eating one small meal not realizing my mistake until now. Just trying to get advice im a bigger guy still and i love lifting and being active just need a meal plan or idea to get me started or whether i should continue cutting.
