Okay, so I weigh myself every morning. I do it at my doctors request due to other health things and he wants to see my trends over 60 days. I don’t let an individual day affect my mood.
However, I weighed myself this morning at 186.6 pounds, and I peed clear so I wasn’t just dehydrated-skinny. Then today, I ate ONE serving (not bag, serving!)of sunflower seeds as I was grinding away on a work project. I ate a normal days worth of food but then had a salty dinner (client dinner - I didn’t have a lot of choice in options).
Between the salty snack and the salty dinner, when I weighed myself before bed, I weighed myself in at 191.1 pounds.
THATS 4.5 POUNDS FLUCTUATION IN ONE DAY!
Don’t let the salt sneak up on you, folks.
Edit: any suggestions on how to get rid of salt-related bloat quickly and healthily?
