So back in august I started tracking what I eat, I didnt take it to seriously, just wanted to get a rough number of how much I was consuming. I was working a warehouse job and maintaining my weight pretty nicely. Didnt help any that dunkins was next door and that's where I got my breakfast (ice caramel coffee w/ heavy cream no sugar and a bagle) and most of the time my lunch (same as breakfast). On average I was eating around 2000 calories. At the end of October I quit the warehouse job, i was stressed all the time and I think it lead me to eat more than I intended even on days when I tried to watch what I ate. I've been really buckling down, tracking my steps, my food, and I incorporated YOGA which has been a godsend for my body, mind, and stress. I dunno if it's because of the new job with little to no stress, or if its because I've been focusing on me, but I'm so happy to be down this weight! I threw away all my size 15's, and I WON'T be going back! Just wanna say whatever you are, keep pushing. Not everyday is perfect, I still have those days where I eat 2000 calories of junk, it's not giving up that counts♡
