Managed to lose about 15 pounds the first couple months of college, then packed it right back on. This is after losing about 50 pounds in a year with no significant regain - I haven’t put this much weight on since I started losing, and it feels pretty terrible, to be honest.
Anyway, I’m tired of constantly lazing around and eating anything I feel like. I’m not fool enough to think I’ll be perfect right now - I’ve got my birthday, Christmas, New Year’s, and my dad’s birthday all in the next few weeks. I plan on enjoying the holidays in moderation instead of eating everything just because I can. Above all, I’m going to work out, every damn day. Fitness is something that really motivates me - I love feeling strong, and it makes me want to try harder with my diet.
