Happy Friday! Get you some merry.
Weight by end of month (217 - 214 lbs, preferably trend weight): 212.6 this morning, 215.3 trend weight.
Stay within calorie range: In range so long as I stay out of the snackies tonight. 17/19 days.
Exercise 5 days a week: I did a lower back & hip stretching & strengthening routine plus 30 minutes of weight lifting. Squats for days. 16/20 days.
Limit purchased coffee drinks (3 a week), if exceeded, $25 donation: None today. 11/13 allowed.
Self-care time (drawing, journaling, beauty treatments, anything that makes me feel taken care of): Cleaned the apartment today. It needed it & I feel so much less anxiety. Funny how cleaning sometimes does that for me.
Try a new recipe once a week: Smoky black bean soup from dry beans, Mexican red lentil stew & a new chili rendition so far. Gonna make a ham & bean soup on Sunday, just gotta decide which one. 3/5 weeks.
Finish The Body Keeps the Score: No progress yet.
Note something jolly every damn day: Washed the Christmas vacation tee so I can don it tomorrow for some holiday celebrations.
