Back at it

Hi, first post here! I've been struggling with my weight my entire adult life. I was 160 when I got pregnant with my first child and would love to be back at that weight. I'm currently 217. Last year I got down to 192 through strict calorie counting and making sure I got at least 10k steps on my Fitbit everyday. But then I changed jobs and routines which is very difficult for me. I need routines and hate when things change! Next thing I knew I was back over 200, something I swore would never happen! Anyway, here we are again. I'm back to strict counting and I'm going to the gym 4 times a week as well as having a pretty active job chasing a one year old around (I'm a full time nanny). My husband actually needs to gain weight so he doesn't quite understand the issues I have the way others on a similar journey would!
