Actually losing weight without triggering my ED?

I'm not obese, but a little overweight(186lbs, 5'6, 19 years old), and considered losing a couple of pounds and sticking to some kind of exercise routine. It's isn't that hard, the only problem is the fact that i have a history of eating disorders - anorexic episode, bulimic episode, orthorexic episode. I really want to get healthy, but I'm afraid I'll jump out of recovery once again because of calorie counting, weigh-ins and everything else linked to it. Plus, my family will notice that i changed my eating habits again and they'll try to control what i eat. I can't get to a good nutritionalist/dietician since I'm saving money for another unrelated thing. Is it possible to lose weight and get healthy without triggering an eating disorder, or it's, well, not worth trying?
