Hello losers,
I hope today has been easy & victorious for y'all.
Weight by end of month (217 - 214 lbs, preferably trend weight): 213.6 this morning, 216.4 trend weight. I assume I was uber dehydrated.
Stay within calorie range: Planning a voluminous veggie heavy dinner, fighting some real capital H HUNGER today. 3/3 days.
Exercise 5 days a week: HIIT or strength when I get home. 3/3 days.
Limit purchased coffee drinks (3 a week), if exceeded, $25 donation: Yarp. I'll be honest here. I wanted 1500 calories of Mcdonalds breakfast. A coffee was a way to circumvent this & still feel like I was indulging so I did so. 2/13 allowed.
Self-care time (drawing, journaling, beauty treatments, anything that makes me feel taken care of): Should be an early to bed evening.
Try a new recipe once a week: Smoky black bean soup from dry beans. I'm eyeing a Mexican lentil soup & maybe lentil tacos for a potential meal prep/dinner plan. 1/5 weeks.
Finish The Body Keeps the Score: I'll see about getting after this before bed. My dreams have been on fire for over a week so I'm hoping it will help.
Note something jolly every damn day: I've got a package with some gift making supplies waiting on my doorstep when I get home.
