Hello losers,
Happy day 2. I hope you're out there getting after it.
Weight by end of month (217 - 214 lbs, preferably trend weight): 214.6 this morning, 216.8 trend weight. What the fuck body? I'll take it.
Stay within calorie range: Binner planned, looking good. 2/2 days.
Exercise 5 days a week: HIIT or strength when I get home. 2/2 days.
Limit purchased coffee drinks (3 a week), if exceeded, $25 donation: Yarp. 1/13 allowed.
Self-care time (drawing, journaling, beauty treatments, anything that makes me feel taken care of): I journaled at lunch after a very busy holiday weekend.
Try a new recipe once a week: Smoky black bean soup from dry beans. 1/5 weeks.
Finish The Body Keeps the Score: I'll see about getting after this before bed. I'm hoping it will help the hyper vigilance & sleep/dream issues I've always dealt with.
Note something jolly every damn day: I'm going to update my gift list after I post this to make sure I'm where I need to be.
