Happy Monday. Glad you're still out there conquering folks!
Weight by end of month (217 - 214 lbs, preferably trend weight): 216.4 this morning, 215.8 trend weight.
Stay within calorie range: Got a tasty dinner planned. 8/8 days.
Exercise 5 days a week: I should do HIIT. I'll let y'all know if I take a rest day instead. 8/9 days.
Limit purchased coffee drinks (3 a week), if exceeded, $25 donation: None today. 5/13 allowed.
Self-care time (drawing, journaling, beauty treatments, anything that makes me feel taken care of): I need to get some decent sleep tonight. Maybe a face mask before bed too. Also, can Santa bring me new cuticles/a manicure?
Try a new recipe once a week: Smoky black bean soup from dry beans & Mexican red lentil stew so far. Not sure what's on the docket next. 2/5 weeks.

Note something jolly every damn day: Listened to the holiday station on the drive in. Discussed gift options with some of my peeps. And a bunch of stuff will be waiting on my door step when I get home.
