Welcome to the December DAC! I'll try to catch up on all the responses but I've got to post & run tonight!
Weight by end of month (217 - 214 lbs, preferably trend weight): No weigh in this morning, the pilot light was out it distracted me.
Stay within calorie range: Accidental OMAD. 1/1 days.
Exercise 5 days a week: Hour long walk plus shoveling a driveway. 1/1 days.
Limit purchased coffee drinks (3 a week), if exceeded, $25 donation: None today. 0/13 allowed.
Self-care time (drawing, journaling, beauty treatments, anything that makes me feel taken care of): Later there will be a shower & moisturizing to end all showers & moisturizing.
Try a new recipe once a week: Smoky black bean soup from dry beans. 1/5 weeks.
Finish The Body Keeps the Score: It’s kinda self-care too. Nothing here today, too busy!
Note something jolly every damn day: Put up Christmas crap for a little old lady today. Hard to call myself a Grinch doing shit like that.
