Hi everyone.
I have never been happy with my body. Have been fat for my whole life and because of it I’ve been very unhappy and have held myself back from everything. I have tried many times to lose weight but always end up putting it back on plus some. What can I do differently this time to actually stick to it?
Also my biggest concern is what if I will end up having saggy breasts and loose skin. My breasts are already saggy as it is and I don’t want it to be worse. It is upsetting me so much because I just wish I could be happy with my body for once and I can’t believe even after losing weight if I still wasn’t happy because of sagging breasts. I don’t know if I could handle it.
What can I do to prevent them from saggy further and to help them be less saggy now and onwards? Also what can I do to prevent loose stomach skin and upper arms?
Also what is some advice to stick to this healthy lifestyle this time and not give up no matter how hard? Or things I can do to ease myself in/make it seem less daunting/make it come naturally if you get what I mean? I don’t want it to seem like this hard mission I’m trying to accomplish, but something I just do.
