I'm a 4'11 female, 20 years old and I weigh 115. I have chubby cheeks and face fat I want to lose as well as pretty much the rest of my body. My goal is 100.
The problem is that I have the appetite of a horse. I can eat just as much as my 6'2 boyfriend. If I don't eat first thing when I wake up, my stomach starts to hurt. My BMR is 1200. So I have to eat less than that to lose weight. WTF! And to be honest, I do not like the gym so I don't want to work out.
I want to know how to train myself to be less hungry throughout the day. Honestly my diet is pretty horrible in terms of nutrients. I don't eat enough fruits or veggies at all. Is 1,000 calories a day enough? Should I am for 900? I know you "shouldn't" go below 1200 but 1200 is based on the average height of a woman and I am below average.
I don't mind being patient. Ideally I'd like to lose the 15 pounds in the next 6 months. Any tips?
