My goal weight is 150 lbs, but I have risen my goal and set it to 160. However, I was stagnant at 170-173 since June of this year. Now over the last month, I have gained up to 176.5 lbs, which I haven’t been since last Spring. I know I have hit 169.5 lbs before the skyrocket, so I know I am not staying in the 170-180 range. I also have gut, so I know my journey is not over. I will admit the last few months, I haven’t been sticking to calorie counting. I also had no physical activity besides waking throughout the summer that contributes to it. I just need advice on how to get out of this hole and to lose more weight. I am currently playing high school basketball, so I have a source of exercise.
