I'm male 22 years old, living alone, student and obese. I want to lose 45kg to reach my ideal weight!
Soo.. Today I met with my friend we were army friends 2 years ago. He invited me to drink coffee at cafeteria we talked about everything and suddenly he got idea to show me picture of us together at military camp. There I was at picture looking healthy, full of life and happy! I realized that I was so skinny my friend told me also that I looked tiny back then.. That hit me with feeling '' So I'm big now? '' I came home later and took good look in mirror and was crying for a moment (I'll first couldn't and refused believe this is true) and then took scale out I measured that I'm currently 45 kg overweight. Ideal weight is 70 kg, but I reach 85 kg first goal, because some muscle mass. I got so hyped that I bought kitchen scale, downloaded calorie counting app and found this community and just reading this subreddit guide to losing weight. It's simply as CICO. Deficit makes weight loss. I know there gonna be hard times ahead, but I will make a plan through it. I'm so happy and hyped to start my journey today, let's go! :)
