So I started working at my first job and I am happy for multiple reasons. One reason is that I'm going to be getting paid, But one of the main reasons why I am happy is that I am losing weight and learning to stop overeating. As someone who has dealt with overeating for their whole life working has helped me learn that watch what I eat and how much of it.
I weighed myself on Monday (my first day of work) and I weighed 200 pounds. I weighed myself this morning and I was 194 pounds...
I LOST 6 POUNDS IN ONE WEEK!
I know it's water weight but this week has helped me learn to watch how much I eat. I used to eat however much I wanted, Now because of work, I am telling myself "I probably shouldn't eat this much because I have work in an hour" or something like that. I learned to not overeat and to stop eating when I am full. It's only been a week so it's not 100% but the fact that I am now watching how much I eat now it a big step
This morning my parents ordered Ihop (it's a breakfast place if you're not in the US) and they ordered me an omelet. I used to eat that and more even tho I would be full, but this morning I stopped eating after I got full. I hope after I few months of this I'll be able to finally end my overeating!!!
