Weigh in & log weight once a week, Thursday mornings: Not yet this week. Set the scale out for tomorrow morning.
2000 calories a day (lose two pounds this month): On it today!
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): I wanted to say rest day but I did a 30 minute yoga session. That counts. I’m sure I'll be sore in weird places tomorrow. 4/6 days.
Journal for two minutes before playing Switch: Got it today. 6/6 days.
Today's gratitude list: Today I'm grateful for Reservation Dogs. Yes, again. It’s a really good show & I'm almost caught up. Definitely didn’t cry about it.
Random to do list item I want to conquer today: Hang up some air dried sweaters because it’s finally sweater weather.
