30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 3

Heya losers,

Day 3! I hope your Monday didn’t have teeth like mine did. How is October going losers?

Let’s talk goals.

Weigh in & log weight once a week, Thursday mornings: Not yet this week.

2000 calories a day (lose two pounds this month): On it today! I'm making a big ass salad (not literally, I mean like, large in volume, not in ass) for dinner. I fucked up yesterday’s deficit because I ate some feelings. Not proud but it was fruit & yogurt so at least I'm not sick from overly processed food or sugar.

Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): 30 minute lunch walk plus stationary bike & tbar swings. 2/3 days.

Journal for two minutes before playing Switch: Nailed it. My switch may have then been out of juice but I still journaled damn it. 3/3 days.

Today's gratitude list: Today I'm grateful for how much wonderful produce I can get year round. Lots of places don’t have that luxury.

Random to do list item I want to conquer today: Long shower & deep conditioning for this mop of hair.
