I already feel so much better. I forgot how it felt the first time a successfully lost weight but now that I am succeeding it is so much easier to keep going. I feel normal, not constantly full or icky from eating too much. I can actually enjoy what I’m eating because it’s not out of stress. I know I can do this, especially since I am in a place in life where I can emotionally manage this change. Thanks for all the support during my first week!
