how do you stop buying junk and bringing it home
I'll go to store for one thing and if I see sweets or chips on sale I'll buy thinking if I crave I'll just have a small bowl of it but it doesn't work
I have to be all in or nothing to lose weight I keep seeing on tik tok and Instagram from dieticians about if you crave it have it and I've tried that route and it makes me binge I can't control myself....
