2000 calories a day (lose two pounds this month): On it today.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): 35 minute walk around a ravine in the mud & 30 minute stationary bike today. 1/1 days.
Writing project and/or journaling -1,666 words a day: I’ll hit this up a little bit before bed.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for seeing a prairie dog with a muddy little face. Too cute.
Random to do list item I want to conquer today: Snuck in some quiet time & will be making time for a long bath before bed.
