(24F) I find one the biggest contributing factors to my weight is the season, hands down.. it’s very frustrating!!
In the winter, I will gain near 15-30 pounds. Come spring, I’ll start losing some. Summer I’ll lose the most. Fall hits and I start to gain a bit. Winter comes and the cycle continues.
I’m a super big outdoors person! I’m not a fan of cold at all. In the spring/summer I’ll walk everywhere, go on hikes, swim across lakes and everything. It’s SO frustrating when the fall/winter hits. I’m not an indoors fitness gym person at all😕
