So recently I found a workout routine on youtube that seems reasonable enough to follow ( 3 15-min workouts a week) and despite the simplicity, I can never seem to get any motivation to workout when it actually is time for it. Tried a habit tracker online, and it didnt work.. I really want to give this another chance but I have no idea what to do, and how to do it..
Would appreciate any and all advice.
