I’m about four weeks into my weight loss journey and counting calories. I did not do well last week but promised to get back on the horse this week. I’ve been doing good, or okay. It’s only Tuesday (LOL, just realized it’s literally two days into the week), I also (sorry boys/squeamish don’t read the next sentence) am in the midst of shark week, IYKYK. And…in the words of Willa Ford…I Wanna Be Bad.
I finished my calories off for the night with some dairy free Ben and Jerry’s. About a cup’s worth. But I want more. And I want to eat the entire package of Perdue chicken nuggets in my fridge. There’s nothing like a late night plate of crispy Perdue nugs!!
I was seriously about to let myself have it, but I’m fighting. Also I’m tired. What do you do when this happens?
