Basically I've lost some weight but I haven't been eating like breakfast, lunch, dinner my diets more made up of snacks. Healthy snacks but snacks nonetheless. I'm kinda worried that if I go back to eating 3 times a day I'll regain weight I lost :/ So yeah... I know I have to but like how do I do that?? Don't worry I dont have aneroxia or something like that I just haven't been eating as much due to 1)not as hungry, 2)laziness towards making an actual meal and 3)disrupted sleep schedule
Edit: so it seems people don't get what I mean, I don't wanna GAIN weight I wanna LOSE weight. I'm trying to figure out how to not gain weight after I've lost some
