Hello! I am trying to finally get healthy. I’m a teacher and don’t have a lot of time to each lunch. I typically eat a granola bar for breakfast and some type of chicken dinner. Where I am getting really stuck is lunch and some snacks to eat throughout the day. I get really hungry around 3 everyday and have calorie allowance for snacks but I always go for the bad stuff. Also it’s really hard for me to find an easy quick lunch. I know calories aren’t everything- but I lost a lot of weight before counting calories and exercising. What are some good healthy lunch and snack options? Any other tips?
