What does 'maintenance' mean/look like to you?

I decided I wanted to start maintaining my weight at 135. I saw this on the scale for a couple of days during my period and after (even going as low as 134 one day). I've upped my calories from 1200 to 1500 and for the last week or so, I've been at 136/137lbs. I'm uneasy with these numbers because I want to be 135 although I somewhat logically know water weight is a thing and I realistically don't look any different now than I did when the scale said 135.

Anyway, if someone can give me some clarity on what 'maintenance' actually looks like, that would be great because right now I don't know if I need to go back on the 1200 calorie train.
