Weight isn't coming off?

Hi, before I start , I just wanna say sorry if im not using this correctly, I just couldn't find a better place to ask for help :)I'm 5'5 weighing 9.6 stone, six of those pounds I put on in about two or three months after maintaining my weight for a while. I am aware that my bmi is considered "healthy" but I can see on my body weight that doesn't need to be there and that I would be happy to lose.My average calorie intake (- excersise cals) is around the 1400 mark, which for my age I have read is a good deficit that should allow me to lose around 1lb a week. My problem is, I have been doing this for 4 ish weeks now (I know it's not long enough to see major changes ) and I have lost barely a pound.I'm pretty confused as I've been running + working out, and eating healthier than I usually would.

Any advice would be really great, as I'm not really used to healthy weightloss/gain. Thankyou!! :)hope you're all safe :)
EDIT: im F18
