Penn Gillette is a famous magician and he lost over 100 pounds, he started his weight loss by eating nothing but potatoes for 2 weeks to reset his taste buds, he ate whenever he felt hungry, the point was not really calorie reduction but to beat his cravings for sugar and sweets so he would have a easier time with the weight loss.
I am pretty sugar addicted and get extreme cravings for sugar and just food in general, I pretty much have cravings constantly even though I already eat a lot. Do you guys think this potato diet for 2 weeks is something I should try?
