Starting my million step journey today.

I am a 28 year old female. I’m 5’ 2” and I weigh 299.5 pounds. I feel horrible physically and emotionally. I’m posting this because I need to hold myself accountable and update my weight weekly. (Do people do that here or is there a better sub?) It has taken me way too long to step up and take responsibility for myself but here I am. I’ve been eating myself into an early grave and I need to climb tf out of it. So here’s to the first step of my journey of releasing the fat.

Note: Someone, somewhere on Reddit mentioned their therapist saying “Releasing the fat” was much more beneficial and intentional than saying “losing weight”. So thank you Reddit stranger for your inspiration!
