Need guidance!

Hi everyone!

I would like a little bit of guidance in regards to my fitness journey.

For reference, I am now a 26 year woman and I am 173cm tall (5ft 8in I think)

I started exercising properly two years ago (5+ days a week) and have been really into it since. The reason I started was never to lose a lot of weight (started at 63kg and 31.56% BF) but to gain muscle and slim down. Within 6 weeks I had dropped to 61kg and 21.4% BF (June 2018).

Since then I have been working really hard and loving it. I currently weigh around 61kg and am currently between 18-18.5% BF. I’m really proud of my progress and I have been primarily doing hiit 5-6 times a week as well as intermittent periods of either CrossFit (2 months, had to quit because too expensive), strength training, and boxing.

My issue is that I am at a low BF percentage and I am fit all over except I have issues getting my abs to develop. My core is incredibly strong and I do additional focus on my core about 3 times a week (additional 20-30 min on top of my workout). My obliques are popping out when I exercise and I feel really strong. My visceral fat level is 2 so in the healthy range but I just cannot seem to shift.

My diet has been alright, someone amazing for months and then less than ideal for a couple of weeks but currently with corona I have managed to stay on top of it. I have tried macro counting etc but I really struggling staying on top of it so I am now more focused on eating well generally while ensuring I don’t go about TDEE.

Basically my question is, what am I doing wrong? Am I missing something? Are there any supplements that would be helpful? (Currently not taking anything other than whey protein but previously took Thermopure from my protein and noticed nothing). I don’t want to lose weight but I was my stomach to catch up to the rest of my body and be as defined as my arms/back/legs etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Many thanks x
