Need guidance on what to do now

Hey guys! I already posted this in a daily Q&A thread but didn't get any answer. So I hope I'll get one this way.

I've got another question. I'm plateauing for about 2 weeks now (pretty much exactly 121kg) even though I definitely don't eat too much nor is shark week around the corner. I've been on a vlc diet (1000cal/ day) for a bit over 4 months now and I lost 22kg. Lately may progress has slowed down.

What should I do? Should I rest my diet for a week and eat my normal maintenance calories? Should I just power through? Should I try a refeed day? I've read many different things but I'm unsure what to do now. I've calculate my maintenance calories using the mifflin st. Jeor formular. Thé result was 2380cal/day. (I'm female, 23, not very active, 121kg and about 170cm tall). Did I calculate that correctly? Should I try to eat my maintenance calories for one week? What do you recommend?
