In the last 12 months or so I have been losing a lot of weight, I’m down from 91kilos to 66kilos. And whilst I have lost a lot of weight and I think I’m at a healthy weight, I still have man boobs, muffin top, love handles and big jiggly thighs and I don’t know what to do. I’m eating much healthier than I was, I have been a bit lax the last 3 months in exercising but I was still consistently losing weight. I started googling my situation and the term skinny-fat would come up a lot so I’m hoping to get some advice here. I’m really lost and in need of some help, I’ve worked so hard and I feel like it’s all been worth nothing as I still have all the features of a fat person and I have no idea what to do. Thank you for any and all advice 🙏.
