Lost the weight, gained it all back.

I'm 5'6" and lost enough weight to be healthy and kept it that way for about a year and a half. (Went from 203 to 175) I felt like I did it very easily and that body felt like my own. I then went through an incredible bout of depression (I have Major Depressive Disorder and spent some time in the psych ward during this) where I gained it all back and more. (Now 212). I feel defeated and now I am in the habit of eating loads. My body no longer feels like my own and I am the heaviest I have ever been. Any advice to get back to where I was and to stop eating constantly through the day out of boredom and habit?
