In need of some motivation.

My weight has been a roller coaster for my whole life. I’ve ranged from 200 lbs to 160 these past several years. My weight dropped when I got extremely depressed and did not eat frequently. After going on antidepressants, my weight skyrocketed back up and I’m currently at 180. I’m not happy with how I look and I want to make a change.

So I figured that since I’ll be home for quarantine, I might as well try out workout videos. I found a lot of people had success with Chloe Ting’s videos so I decided to try it out.

I couldn’t even get through one video- I was so exhausted. I’m feeling really defeated and disappointed in myself.

Does anyone have any tips/recommendations/motivation to help get through this? I am in fairly decent shape and couldn’t seem to get myself to finish the workout.

(I am a 20y/o female, 5ft7, 180lbs)
