If you were obese would it be safer to drop weight quickly due to COVID19?

Now normally I know if you want to lose weight you should do so slowly and more healthfully. However with COVID19 would you consider dropping weight quickly?

I used to weigh 330 at my heaviest after eating disorder “recovery” and over the last year I’ve been slowly getting healthier kind of going at a snails pace. Trying to really make it about lifestyle changes and getting down to the emotional problems of why I’ve had eating disorders. I’m at 280 now and if I lost 20 pounds and got to 260 I would be slightly under the morbidly obese category. Which COVID19 is still bad for the obese category but significantly less than morbidly obese. I’ve suffered from eating disorders my entire life so I know I could easily lose 20 pounds really fast with a big calorie cut and intermittent fasting. It just wouldn’t be healthy persay and kind of what I was trying to avoid triggering in the first place. HOWEVER, with the current state of the virus do you think that outweighs the bad?

TLDR: should I drop weight quickly so I am not morbidly obese?

Edit: also I am 28 and do not have hypertension or diabetes.
