How Do You Deal With A Long Plateau?

Hello guys! I am 19F/163cm/SW:90KG/CW:75KG/GW:65KG

I've been the same weight for over 3 weeks now and it's taking a toll on my mental state. I've been sticking to my diet and religiously counting my daily 1200kcal, trying to up my protein intake and drinking more water and working out more but the scale doesn't budge.

I feel tired constantly, mentally and physically. Ligtheadedness and vertigo are daily occurrences now. I don't want to stop my weightloss journey, and I want to stay positive. I am very scared now that Ramadan is coming and if I couldn't do this while I can drink and eat all day, how can I do it when I am fasting for up to 14 hours without water nor food.

I fasted for 4 consecutive days last week just to try and see what would happen. My scale went up from 74.6kg to 75kg, and it stayed there to this day, even though I am always sticking to my 1200kcal and weighting every single thing I eat before I put it in my mouth.

I make sure that all my micros are fulfilled daily, if not by what I eat, I drink a supplement. I am on a 45%Carb, 40%Protein and 25%Fat diet, my sodium intake is low, and all my sugar intake comes from fruit.

Any advice would be appreciated!

EDIT: for people who don't know what fasting in Islam is like, we fast physically (no food, no water, no sex...) ans spiritually (no bad thoughts, no bad language...) from sunrise to sunset. We are allowed to break the fast after the sunset Adhan (call for prayer), and can eat what we want afterward and during Ramadan, we do it for 30 consecutive days! Basically, intermittent fasting but for a religious purpose!
