Hello everyone,
I have decided that enough is enough and that I need to lose weight. I have lived my whole adult life as obese and now I'm done. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to healthy start to lose weight? I found that my biggest problem is willpower and doubt in my self. There have been too many times where I tell my self I don't need to eat something or to stop after a portion but then I find my self still eating and it's scary.
I want to better myself no just for me but everyone I care about, Improve more than just my weight but my outlook on life. I no longer want to be ignorant about how to live a healthy life. My goal is to go from a 2XL shirt size down to Large shirt size.
I'm also worried because I don't want to start exercising like crazy over worries of harming my joints due to my weight (about 350LB). I was told that I can easily harm my knees that way.
