Hello, I'm fat and i want to lose weight
Right now I'm 23, i weigh 275 pounds, I'm 5ft9
In the past 8 years i tried different diets, went to gyms, tried stevia, protein shakes and even xenical, most of them worked until i eat away my success.
Now i have a nutritional program which gives me 1800 calories of food everyday but because of the current situation I'm not losing any weight .
I desperately need the help of a professional because my urges to eat sweets and junk food overtakes me and i can't take it anymore, i don't want to be controlled by food.
Currently i don't have access to a gym but i have a bike, a jump rope, and the outside.
In about 4 months I'm moving to finland and i need to lose a good amount of my weight till then
What i want is to know:
- What exercises do i have to do to lose weight, i want to be eventually 210 pounds
- What are the do's and don'ts
- How to overcome my urges to not eat sweets and junk food
- Is there a way to lose weight without any medication or supplements
I appreciate any help you can give me
PS: i have weak knees and i cannot do a keto diet
